Centigo’s management model is based on the concept of distributed leadership. By this we mean that our consultants take a great deal of responsibility for their own work situation. Every consultant belongs to a business unit and at least one client team. In addition to these units, Centigo has six leadership dimensions: client relations, sales, marketing & communication, HR, competence centre and finance.

Every dimension is led by a responsible Partner, and ultimately the company is managed by the Partner council and the board of directors. The Centigo Group has 220 employees and consists of three companies: Centigo AB, Accigo AB and Sapigo AB.
